Meet Dr. Rueda
Dr. Rueda grew up with a passion for wellness. Her interest in nutrition’s impact on health developed after completing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. She then went on to complete a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice at Rosalind Franklin University. Dr. Rueda worked as PA in pain management and physical rehabilitation, gaining an appreciation for chronic pain, mobility, and their impacts on mental health and wellness.

It was her success as an integrative medicine patient that led her to discover her ultimate calling as an integrative medicine physician. She then went back to medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and sought out additional training in integrative medicine.
While studying medicine, Dr. Rueda continued pursuing her love of fitness, completing a marathon and competing in several bodybuilding competitions.
