Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein and Date Bars

Here is a new bar recipe I developed that my husband and I are obsessed with! This is very easy to make and makes for a great protein powered snack.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein and Date Bars

1 cup salted peanuts

1/3 cup vanilla plant protein powder

1/3 cup PB2 (or other peanut powder)

1 cup pitted soft dates

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/4 c chocolate chips

1/2 cup water

Grind peanuts in food processor, then add remaining ingredients and processes until smooth sticky/clumpy dough. Press into parchment paper lined bread loaf pan. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Cut into 12 small squares. Keep in airtight container in refrigerator. Keeps at least 1 week.
